There is a lot happening at the cCare Nordahl Medical Centre. Framing is complete, Drywall is hung and being taped and hot coated while some sections are in the finished coat phase. We currently have Greater San Diego Air Conditioning  on site installing all the HVAC systems, some of which is the AAON system for the future pharmacy. 

 

We have just begun the cCare tenant Improvement at Nordahl Medical Centre. Framing is underway, here are a few photos of the detailed framing going in right now.

The Hornblend Offices - construction is complete. This construction project consisted of a 6,000 sq.ft. wood framed building with a covered parking structure and second story office space. The project is located just a few blocks from the beach in the heart of Pacific Beach, Ca. and is the new home of Fortune Builders.

Scope of Work

Completion of a full remodel to the existing one story commercial structure in adding a parking structure as well a second story addition of office space and balcony. Included in the second story build out, we built a stairwell and light wells to second story.

The Bunker Hill Renovation is moving along at a timely speed. We currently have, All Inclusive Drywall, completing drywall finishes, with tile in all bathrooms being completed by Global Tile and Marble. Lighting and Electrical finishes are being installed by Morrow Meadows Electric and the acoustic ceilings are being completed right behind them by Daryl Griffis Acoustics. See the photos showing the current status of the project.

Tenant improvement of existing 3 story, 26,000 sf. office building with basement in Pacific Beach, San Diego CA. The location is destined to be the headquarters of Fortune Builders, a premier real state investing education company. The project includes the build out of office spaces, conference rooms, class rooms, a film studio and a cafeteria.

Scope of Work: 

The building's exteriors will be built out with new finishes and features as well as various amount of hardscape improvements totaling 4,764 sqft. Addition of a BBQ Bar and Trellis to the exterior. Modifications to existing exterior canopy & exterior stairwell facades. Modifications to existing exterior storefront door openings. The interior renovations include a built to suite renovation.

The Demo is completed at the project site of the future home of Bedrosian Tile & Stone Showroom. This demolished concrete will be crushed and used as backfill.

Scope of Work

The new construction project will entail a 30,000 Sq.Ft. tilt-up building, with 6,500 Sq. Ft. of showroom, offices, and site work. The project is currently in the permitting process and is scheduled to start July 2016.

K.D. Stahl Construction Project Update: UCSD Pub and Event Space Renovation /  by Sean Stahl

 

A lot is changing at the UCSD Pub and Event Space as we push toward our completion date. below are a few images and notes on the current status of the project

 

The interior concrete ADA ramp and infills are poured and finished. All the interior walls are framed to the new floor plan. All mechanical, electrical and plumbing is installed. 

 

The interior and exterior demo is complete and the new openings for the entrance are framed. There will be two roll up doors in the main entrance which will give the new pub an open environment for the students. 

 

The new entrance to the concert venue is one of the biggest transformations on site thus far. The concrete walls and seats are poured and are now ready for the steps and CMU wall to be built on the upper section of the ramp. The exterior bar slab is poured and structure has been framed, sheeted, wrapped and ready for roofing.
