We have finally had a gap in the weather to get the site graded and the storm drain system holes dug and the pipes laid.

Update 01.30.17

The Demo is completed at the project site of the future home of Bedrosian Tile & Stone Showroom. This demolished concrete will be crushed and used as backfill.

K.D. Stahl Construction was awarded as commercial general contractor for the new Bedrosians Tile & Stone Showroom of San Diego

Scope of Work

The new construction project will entail a 30,000 Sq.Ft. tilt-up building, with 6,500 Sq. Ft. of showroom, offices, and site work. The project is currently in the permitting process and is scheduled to start July 2016.
