Last week we poured the last remaining section of the first floor parking garage. With this monumental stage complete we can begin finishing the second floor of the underground parking, and soon get back to ground level then 3 stories up from there.

Planet Fitness of Otay Ranch
We are just a stones throw away from turning this Planet Fitness over to the owners. The last few tiles are being set and the mirrors hung in the restrooms. Gym floor is being laid out and equipment installed while the last few finishes are being checked off the list day by day. Next update we will be showing the final images.

The new Planet Fitness is coming along for Otay Ranch - with many people signing up and awaiting its grand opening, we are just waiting on some finishes to arrive and be installed, then it’s time to start laying out the floor plan with the gym equipment. Next update will be the last for this project as we close in on the finish line.

With permits approved, the new Planet Fitness is well underway. Framing, mechanical, electrical and plumbing rough-in is complete. Soon we will be completing drywall and will start working on the interior finishes.

Scope: Project consists of a tenant improvement to an existing kitchen located at the lower level of existing building. Work includes installation of new kitchen equipment and hood, and the addition of one accessible restroom. Additional work entails plumbing, mechanical and electrical, no load bearing walls shall be removed as part of this tenant improvement.
