The Bunker Hill Renovation is moving along at a timely speed. We currently have, All Inclusive Drywall, completing drywall finishes, with tile in all bathrooms being completed by Global Tile and Marble. Lighting and Electrical finishes are being installed by Morrow Meadows Electric and the acoustic ceilings are being completed right behind them by Daryl Griffis Acoustics. SCOPE OF WORK:
Tenant improvement of existing 3 story, 26,000 sf. office building with basement in Pacific Beach, San Diego CA. The location is destined to be the headquarters of Fortune Builders, a premier real state investing education company. The project includes the build out of office spaces, conference rooms, class rooms, a film studio and a cafeteria.
